Backup/Clone of FOH computers

Our FOH and BOH computers have the VENUE D-Show console with software. Currently, there is no backup of these systems. The worry from the Audio Director (which I totally agree) is he needs to be able to get one of the computers back up and running within 10-15 minutes if there is a hard drive crash.
I was curious to see if anybody else clones the hard drive once all the settings were correct, and if so what software do you use to clone or take an image. Or, what other options do you know of to be able to get one of these computers back up quickly. Thanks!!
