www.tokbox.com uses your web browser and isn't a resource hog like Skype can be. You can have multiple people included at once, though I think video quality isn't as good. I haven't used it much. It was suggested to me by @jimwalton (Twitter).

Video Conferencing suggestons?

Looking to get an "In house" solution for video conferencing. Just webcam stuff and Meetings so that our Satellite campuses don’t have to drive across town every week. Anybody use Microsoft Communications server? Pro's or Cons? Thanks; Tim
